Ever so slightly, the relative strength of this sector may be sloping up. I want to see a break above this downtrend line, and for price to hold above this level for a few days. This group is a favorite of mine when it begins to outperform and we will want to be there to take full advantage of it. Nothing actionable yet, but keep this on your radar.
