Have a look at the kinds of moves the high short interest stocks are having today. Here are some examples:
Far right column is short as a percent of float. You can see in green the percentage moves on the day so far. When you have a group all doing the same thing (like high short interest stocks) you look for ones that aren’t participating. In looking through over 100 charts with 15% short interest or higher there is really only one feasible name here that hasn’t made a major move.
Lumber Liquidators. $LL (25% float short)
It has come into trend support on the intraday time frame and I am shopping.
